Sepideh Gholiyan is a young journalist who is in prisonfor defending the strike of the Hafttapeh Sugar CaneWorkers in Iran.
Sepideh Gholiyan has begun a protest sit-in in one of the notorious prisons of Islamic Republic of Iran known as Garchak Prison.
In the meantime, Sanaz Allahyari and Amir HosseinMohammad-Fard are on hunger strike in protest against their and other political prisoners’ arrest.
Neda Naji and Atefeh Rangriz have also been arrestedduring the International Workers Day. They have been severely beaten up by prison guards.
