The fourth announcement of the “I was tortured too” campaign.

Sepideh Gholian, Esmail Bakhshi, and Ali Nejati must be released from prison immediately.

With an appreciable courage, braveness, and responsibility Sepideh Gholian released a 12-minute video. There, she uncovered what she and Esmail Bakhshi had gone through under arrest and some of the covert processes that political prisoners go through in torture chambers and interrogation rooms. Her response refuted all the fake and old-cliché confessions that intelligence security forces of the regime had gotten. Her disclosures are continuation of the brave protest of Esmail Bakhshi and his call for a debate with the minister of intelligence.

Sepideh Gholian showed how the ministry of intelligence affects the protests of the Hafttappeh workers by intimidation and they have no tolerance in suppressing their leaders. She showed how painfully the families of the prisoners are put under pressure. Meanwhile, her revelations are also a confirmation of the fact that in spite of the barbaric oppression by the regime, the society has not only not retreated and not been intimidated, but also has got strong joyous, warrior spirits in this unequal battle.

The cry of the slogan “Bullets, tanks, and fake documentaries, have no more effects!” is the response of the society in defense of Esmail Bakhshi and Sepideg Gholian and Ali Nejati and hundreds of other workers and teachers  and activists who are imprisoned by the regime by fake cases just because they spoke up for justice. The Islamic republic’s terror apparatus is falling apart onto its own.

With this revelation, now once again the civilized world is facinga documentary of the size of the Iranian society, on four decades of insanity and murder by the Islamic regime, and has to deal with this monster once and for all. Now the call for the release of Esmail Bakhshi, Sepideh Gholian, and Ali Nejati has become international. The call for freedom of the political prisoners has propagated from the massive protest rallies of retirees in Tehran, to other cities and to capitals of other countries.

To all those who want to support freedom

We must organize protesting gatherings and rallies demanding immediate release of Esmail Bakhshi, Sepideh Gholian, and Ali Nejati coherently and with unity. Please contact international authorities and ask them to press Islamic Republic regime under pressure in this regard.

In these worrying days, support the families of Bakhshi, Gholian, and Nejati. They should not be left alone. Tortures and confessions of any form must end.

Arrange protesting gatherings against the injustice courts of Shoush and Ahvaz and demand what Esmail Bakhshi andSepideh Gholian have demanded: A free, open debate in which, the regime’s intelligence agents and justice system agents are kept responsible for what they have done. Those who have ordered the arrests and the tortures and those who have committed it must be prosecuted.

Join #I-was-tortured-too campaign and reveal the crimes of the Islamic republic regime.
