نقض حقوق بشر در ایران را پس از درگیری ۱۲ روزه با اسرائیل در ژوئن ۲۰۲۵ و حمله هوایی متعاقب آن به زندان اوین مستند میکند.
این گزارش با عنوان «در سایهی درگیری: سرکوب در سراسر ایران، بازداشتها، انتقالهای اجباری و اعدامها»، به شکنجههای سیستماتیک، افزایش صدور احکام اعدام، بازداشتهای خودسرانه، و انتقال و ناپدید شدن اجباری زندانیان سیاسی میپردازد. این گزارش بهویژه شرایط غیرانسانی در زندانهای قرچک و فشافویه را که زندانیان سیاسی اوین عمدتا به این دو زندان تبعید شده اند را برجسته میکند؛
برخی از نکات برجسته گزارش عبارتند از:
– انتقال اجباری زندانیان به اشکال تحقیرآمیز و تهدیدکننده
_افزایش احکام اعدام
– محرومیت سیستماتیک پزشکی
کمیته آزادی زندانیان سیاسی این گزارش را به کمیته حقیقت یاب، گزارشگران ویژه سازمان ملل، دولتها و اعضای پارلمان اروپا ارسال و خواستار تحقیقات فوری در رابطه با وضعیت زندانیان سیاسی شده است.
این کمیته همچنین از دولتها، اتحادیه اروپا و جامعه بینالمللی میخواهد که فوراً فشارهای دیپلماتیک بر رژیم ایران وارد کنند و خواستار موارد زیر شوند:
۱- اعدامها متوقف شوند
۲- زندانیان سیاسی آزاد شوند
۳-امکان دسترسی ناظران مستقل بینالمللی حقوق بشر به زندانها فراهم گردد
۴-مراقبتهای پزشکی به تمامی زندانیان ارائه شود

Escalating Human Rights Crisis in Iran: CFPPI Releases Urgent Report Following June Conflict and Evin Prison Airstrike
The Campaign to Free Political Prisoners in Iran (CFPPI) has released a report documenting a sharp escalation in human rights violations in Iran following the 12-day conflict with Israel in June 2025 and the subsequent Israeli airstrike on Evin Prison.
The report, titled ” In the Shadow of Conflict: Crackdown Across Iran, Arrests, Forced Transfers and Executions” reveals systematic torture, mass executions, arbitrary arrests, and the forced transfer and disappearance of political prisoners. It draws particular attention to the inhumane conditions in Qarchak and Fashafouyeh prisons, where many political detainees were relocated after the 23 June airstrike on Evin Prison.
“The Iranian regime is using the cover of war to deepen its repression and erase the existence of political prisoners,” said a CFPPI spokesperson. “These actions amount to collective punishment and may constitute crimes under international law.”
The report highlights:
- The forced relocation of prisoners, including women and foreign nationals, under degrading and life-threatening conditions.
- A surge in execution sentences.
- Systematic medical neglect and psychological abuse of detainees, including elderly and chronically ill prisoners.
- The criminalization of dissent, with the bogus charge of “collaboration with Israel” now punishable by death.
CFPPI is calling on the United Nations, including the Independent Fact-Finding Mission on Iran, and UN Special Rapporteurs, to launch urgent investigations and demand access to affected prisons.
The organization also urges governments, the European Union, and the international community to apply immediate diplomatic pressure on the Iranian regime to:
- Halt executions
- Release political prisoners
- Allow access for independent human rights observers
- Provide medical care to all detainees
