Re: political prisoners in Iran
For your attention
The following is the list of political prisoners in Gohardasht prison ( Rajaee Shahr prison) in Iran whose charge is the “act of war against the government of Iran”. I would like to draw your attention to the following political prisoners in the attached list. These prisoners are held in the outmost inhuman condition, with no access to legal representative and medical attention. The following prisoners are particularly in danger as the authorities of prison have kept them with the dangerous none-political convict. They are in danger of losing their life due to attacks from violent prisoners and being held in contaminated rooms.
I would like to urge you to send a letter to the authorities in Iran, includ the following list, and demand that their case to be reviewed and they are provided them with legal and medical access.

List of political prisoners in Gohardasht prison ( Rajaee Shahr prison) whose charge is the “act of war against the government of Iran”
Political prisoners who are convicted for “war against the Islamic Republic of Iran”, according to the article 186 in the old Islamic punishment laws and in accordance with the recent laws, these convicts should be released, whereas the security operatives deny their release.
1-Zanyar Moradi’s crime is collaboration with Kurdish parties beginning the year 1387 (Iranian calendar), and is sentenced to death.
2- Loghman Moradi’s crime is collaboration with Kurdish parties beginning the year 1387 (Iranian calendar), and is sentenced to death.
3-Hooshang Rezaee’s crime is collaboration with Kurdish parties beginning the year 1392, and is sentenced to death.
4-Mohammed Nazari’s crime is collaboration with the Kurdish parties beginning the year 1372, and is sentenced to life imprisonment.
5-Khaled Ferydoni’scrime is collaboration with the Kurdish parties the year 1377, and is sentenced to life imprisonment.
6-Omar Faghihpoor’s crime is collaboration with Kurdish parties beginning the year 1377, and is sentenced to life imprisonment.
7-Saeed Masoori’s crime is collaboration with PMOI (People’s Mojahedin Organization Of Iran) beginning 1379, and is sentenced to life imprisonment.
8-Afshin Baymani’ crime is collaboration with PMOI, and is sentenced to life imprisonment since the beginning of 1379.
9-Khaled Hardani’s crime is airplane Hijacking, and is sentenced to life imprisonment since 1379
10-Mansoor Farhang poor’s crime is airplane hijacking, and is sentenced to life imprisonment since 1379.
11-Mansoor Shahrampoor’s crime is airplane hijacking, and is sentenced to life imprisonment since 1379.
12-Hamzeh Savari’s crime is the act against national security, and is sentenced to life imprisonment since 1384.
13-Mohammed Ali Mansoori’s crime is collaboration with PMOI, and is sentenced to eighteen years in prison term since the beginning of 1386.
14-Peyman Arafi’s crime is collaboration with the Royal Society, and is sentenced to fifteen years in prison term since 1388.
15-Ahamad Karimi’s crime is collaboration with the Royal Society, and is sentenced to fifteen years in prison term since 1388.
16-Mohammed Akramipoor’s crime the act against national security, and is sentenced to fifteen years in prison term since since 1392.
17-Abolghasem Foolandvand’s crime is collaboration with PMOI, and is sentenced to fifteen years in prison term since the beginning of 1392.
18-Hasan Ashtiani’s crimeis collaboration with PMOI and is sentenced to fifteen years in prison term since the beginning of 1392.
19-Hasan Sadegi’s crime is collaboration with PMOI, and is sentenced to fifteen years in prison term since the beginning of 1392.
20-Saleh Kohandel’s crimeis collaboration with PMOI, and is sentenced to ten years in prison term since the beginning of 1385.
21-Jafar Aghdami’s crimeis collaboration with PMOI, and is sentenced to ten years in prison term since the beginning of 1387.
22-Ramazan Ahmad Kamal’s crime is collaboration with the Kurdish parties, and is sentenced to ten years in prison term since 1387.
23-Karim Maroof Aziz’s crime is collaboration with the Kurdish parties, and is sentenced to ten years in prison term since 1375.

The political prisoners, who are transferred to the wards of prison which hold dangerous convicts
These political prisoners who are transferred to none-political wards were target for several attacks by the dangerous convicts who had received their mission from the Chief of Prison, Mohammed Mardi, and Interior Deputy of prison, Daryoosh Amirian to attack the transferred political prisoners. This is another tactic by the prison authorities to kill political prisoners.
The following list of prisoners is categorized according to the wards in which the prisoners are held:
Prisoners in Ward 1:
1-Mehdi Azimi is accused with the insult against holiness, and sentenced for two and half prison term
2-Yaser Hamidi Shahrabi is accused with the insult against holiness, and sentenced for two and half prison terms
Prisoners in Ward 2:
3-Behnam Ebrahimzadeh is accused with participating in gathering, doing propaganda and colluding against the government . He is sentenced with twelve years and ten months of prison term.
4-Ali Mashhadi is accused with participating in gathering, doing propaganda and colluding against the government . He is sentenced to four years of prison term.
5-Asad Mohammedi is accused of military and security charges, and sentenced to fifteen years of prison term.
Prisoners in Ward 3:
6-Reza Kahe is accused of military and security charges, and sentenced to ten years of prison term.
7-Alireza Naseri is accused of military and security charges, and is sentenced to eight years of prison term.
8-Ardeshir Shanavaz is accused of insulting the holiness, and is sentenced to five years of prison term.
9-Ali akbar Ardeshir is accused of insulting the holiness, and is sentenced to five years of prison term.
10-Ardjang Davoodi is accused of participating in gathering, doing propaganda and colluding against the national security as well as insulting the leadership of Iran. He is sentenced to twenty five years in prison term and exile to a prison in Zabol.
11-Ebrahim Feeroozi is accused of participating in gathering, colluding against the government and propagating for Christianity. He is sentenced five years in prison term.
12-Mehdi Farahi Shandiz is accused of participating in gathering, colluding against the government and propagating for Christianity as well as insulting the leadership of Iran. He is sentenced nine years in prison term.
13-Ahmad Karimi is accused of having contact with the Royal society, and is sentenced to fifteen years of prison term.
14-Iraj Hatami is accused of military and security wrong doing, and is sentenced to ten years.
15-Farid Azmoodeh is accused of military and security wrong doing, and is sentenced to five years in prison term.
16-Behzad Tarrahomi is accused of military and security wrong doing, and is sentenced to five years in prison term.
17-Alireza Farahani is accused of military and security wrong doing, and is sentence to five years of prison term.
Prisoners in Ward 10:
18-Soheil Bayadi is accused of insulting the holiness and the leadership and participating in gathering, propagating and colluding against the government. He is sentenced to twelve years in prison term.
19-Masood Arabchoobdar is accused of having contact with hostile countries to Iran, and is sentenced to three years and nine months in prison term.
